The bachelor´s thesis is focused on problems of internal direction by creating accounting procedure. In introduction is analysis of problems connection with design directions and with problems of stocktaking. Next part of this thesis is focused on design of suitable internal direction for stocktaking for chosen company. The aim of this thesis is design suitable direction, which will be suitable for requirements of company by internal of possession and by stocktaking of property.

Management Study of the Selected Group of Inventory

This work has been devoted to tailoring of inventory management model for a selected material group within company Tyco Electronics Czech, s.r.o. It focuses on three areas of purchasing, i.e. planning of purchases, material procurement and inventory management. This work analyses most painful problems and suggests walls how to overcome those problems. The main contribution of the work lies in material cost reduction and consequent volume reduction of capitalized inventories. Production down times based on the lack of packaging materials should be also reduced.

At the end of this work are submited a proposales of improvement in purchase, manage of inventory and storage.

This master thesis deals with the topic of auditing. However, it is not about the audit of a specific company, but about the preparation of the selected company for the upcoming audit. The selected company in this case is Kovárna VIVA, a. s. In the theoretical part I first explain in detail the concept of audit. In the practical part I try to approach the objectives of the thesis. This is the assessment of the preparation for the audit and its course, or the elaboration of a proposal for effective preparation for the audit and ensuring its smooth course.

The master's thesis analyses the present state of inventory management in VSM Production, Ltd. It identifies the problems concerning the provision of the continuous flows of material for the manufacturing of Pfaff sewing machines with a view to achieve the advancement of the efficiency and economy of the provision of this procedure. The improvement suggestions are directed at several spheres: the differentiated inventory management, the optimizing of order process, the overabundant inventory and the information system of inventory management.

The first part is focused on a description of the company and a theoretical specification of purchasing of a manufactoring company, the second part deals with an analysis of the current state of purchasing in the company. In the last part there is a suggestion for steps of how to improve the current purchasing functions.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of inventory management. Using ABC, XYZ and ABC / XYZ analysis material items will be divided into nine categories based on their characteristics such as the importance and volatility of consumption. For each category will be defined management strategies so as to obtain optimal inventory levels, while minimizing costs and ensuring trouble-free production.
